Q. What size solar system do I need?
A.

There are many factors to consider when it comes to trying to reduce your electricity bill with solar power. On your electricity bill it will give your average daily usage in KwH. Our representative will need to know this figure to calculate what size system will meet your requirements.

Q. Should I install the largest system I can afford?
A.

As a general rule of thumb, yes you should. Of course this will also depend on the amount you can afford to outlay for the system you would like to have installed.

Remember also, any electricity that you generate that you don’t use goes back to the grid system.

This gives you a small feed in tariff credit, which helps to off set some of your electricity usage at night time.

Q. How long does it take to install the system after I have signed the contract?
A.

Once you have signed the contract we will submit all the relevant application forms to your electricity provider. They take approximately two weeks to process your application and if acceptable will mail you a contract to sign. You then notify us that you have been approved and usually within two weeks your system will be installed.

Q. Are your installers qualified?
A.

Yes, all our installers are Clean Energy Council accredited and are fully qualified electricians, selected for their quality workmanship and professionalism. On arrival at your premises they will explain to you every stage of the installation process, location of panels, inverter, etc. Once you are satisfied they will ask you to sign the appropriate paperwork.

Q. What panels do you use?
A.

With our premium systems we use only the best: We use only Tier 1. Multicrystalline panels which can give up to 2 peak sun hours extra per day compared to monocrystalline panels.

The panels have a 2-stage warranty period:
A – 10 years warranty at 90% or above performance output.
B – 25 years warranty at 80% or above performance output.
The great thing about these products is that they are fully warrantied locally in Australia, not overseas.

Q. Do you have finance facilities?
A.

Yes, finance can be arranged for you. Our preferred finance supplier is Certegy Ezi pay. Once the application has been submitted it takes approximately 48 hours to be approved.

The inverter brands we use vary depending on the application but all have a 10 year warranty period
